Reigate & Banstead Borough Council who organise the annual entertainment extravaganza Star for a Night are calling on young entertainers - singers, dancers, actors and comedians - to start practicing their skills so that they are ready for the show's auditions in the New Year.The auditions take place at the Harlequin on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 January 2011 and are open to young people aged 11 to 18 who live or go to school in the borough:
- on Saturday, auditions are being held from 12.30pm to 3.30pm
- on Sunday between 2.30pm to 3.30pm
Those performers who successfully make it through the auditions will receive professional coaching to polish up their act before taking to the stage next April 2011.
