The naughty girls were between the mass that showed up for yesterday’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions in London.
The girls, who first shot to celebrity in Pop stars the competitors in 2002 when they auditioned with their ‘Touch My Bum’ song, have cleverly dropped the singing and decided to become a dancer.
A source at the auditions in Hammersmith, West London, told The Sun: “Monica and Gabriela were the original reality show twins – long before Jedward came on the scene.
“But now they’ve overhauled their act and it’s just dancing. They arrived at the auditions yesterday extremely full of themselves.
“They were actually eager about come into sight on the show and already talking about what they would perform if they got through.”
They might just make it too as a source exposed that the talent was thin on the ground in London. They said:
“There was a real dearth of talent.
"The level was so low; I wouldn’t be surprised if the Cheeky Girls go all the way."
