Cheryl Cole has spoken for the first time about her attack of malaria and mislaid parts of The X-Factor.
If you watched the show at the weekend, you would have seen very dramatic clips of the singer looking weary and ill when she first started coming down with the virus.
Cheryl said, "I'm completely terribly upset I missed the last audition and the boot camp stage, but I am really eager and really looking forward to seeing what the other juries have chosen."
She added, "I can't wait to get my category so I can get my teeth into it. I will be raring to go."
